| What you should do | Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and update their i330R dive computers by downloading a firmware update through DiverLog+ application; or bring their i330R dive computer to their dealer or local Dive Center in order to have a professional download and install the upgrade for them.For more information, consumers can contact Aqua Lung by telephone toll-free at 1-800-882-1404, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) Monday to Friday, by email at or visit the company’s website. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Aqua Lung.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
